Returns:
~ Our policy lasts 30 days from Date of Purchase and Requires an Approval
~ If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
~ To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it
~ It must also be in the original packaging
~ Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Samples, and Non-Raw Skin Care or Red Cherry Group Products of any kind
~ Any item not in its original condition, is deemed damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be returned
~ Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
~ Sale or received Discounted items can not be RETURNED.
~ Only regular priced items may be refunded applicable to rules, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Requests Must:
Request a refund by emailing the following:
~ A Snap Shot of Your Purchased Product
~ A Snap Shot or PDF of receipt and proof of purchase
~ Full Name, Address and Day Time Phone Number
~ A Legitimate Reason for Returning

~ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed when we receive back the exact product we approved
~ credit will automatically be applied (when Item Approved is received back to Specified address from the instruction from Return Request Approval Email ) to your credit card or original method of payment, within a Standard amount of days including shipping, received records and inspection
~ Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
~ We will also let you know if and when the Returned Product is safely received, so please ship back to Us properly, with insurance (Check with the Shipper you have chosen)
~If your package comes damaged, we will email you the pictures and Snap Shots from the label for you to make a claim with the shipper you have used /chosen


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund with in 3 weeks after we have approved and sent you an Email of Approval after receiving the returned described Item then:
~ First check your bank account again
~ Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
~ Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
~If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 847 823 1727
~ we will always do our best

Sale items, Samples, Open and Discounted Products are not returnable
Only regular priced items may be refunded (unfortunately sale items cannot be Refunded or Exchanged
We will and can not Exchange or Give a Credit for any Personal Care Products by Law.

DAMAGED SHIPPING and ITEMS Damaged in BOXES:
~ Rarely do we ever pack unwisely, but if You receive a damaged Box or Open and see an Item has leaked or broken, call the Shipper on the Shipping Label.
~DO NOT REMOVE ITEMS and take a Snap Shot, You will need it for PROOF of DAMAGE
~ We use USPS, UPS Services and sometime FedEx.if your location requires.
~ You must Fill out a Damage Claim and Follow THEIR INSTRUCTIONS
~ Email us a copy of the Claim
~ Email Us a Copy of your Payment RECEIPT
~ Email us a Snap Shot of the Damages
~ Email us your Full Name , Address and Day Time Number
~ Email Us the Details
We will work as hard as we can to solve the Damaged Shipment and reship your purchase only
~For all Returns for all Situations when APPROVED we will Send you Shipping Instructions by Email.
~ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is approved in an insurance claim by the shipper.
~ If Shipping is approved by the shipper they will inform you of their support and ship payment back policies.
~ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
~If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
~ Note the time of Shipping back for a refund and Return Approval Varies on Shipping Dates and Arrival at our facility and processing
~If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
